Managing Director
Dario founded Comselec Services in 2013 and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the business. Since its inception, he has played a central role in growing Comselec into a trusted electrical and communications partner for commercial, industrial and project-based environments.
Committed to safety, quality and long-term relationships, Dario leads with a strong focus on people. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of electricians and fostering a culture built on wellbeing, teamwork and professional development.
Under his leadership, Comselec has delivered an extensive portfolio of successful projects, with a strong record of repeat business and client partnerships built on trust, reliability and consistent delivery.
Chris Villanti
Construction Manager
Chris joined Comselec Services in 2017 and brings more than 35 years of experience leading complex commercial and electrical construction projects. His depth of technical knowledge and practical project experience make him a key part of Comselec’s senior delivery team.
With a proven track record across full project lifecycles, Chris manages every stage with a focus on planning, coordination and commercial outcomes. His expertise spans subcontractor management, budget forecasting, value engineering and site delivery.
Known for his calm, structured approach, Chris works closely with clients, consultants and site teams to keep projects moving efficiently, while maintaining the safety, quality and reliability Comselec is known for.
Steven Wilde
Senior Project Manager
Steven joined Comselec Services in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience across the electrical industry. As a results-driven Project Manager, he combines strong technical knowledge with practical planning skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across commercial and project-based environments.
Steven is known for his ability to resolve technical challenges quickly, coordinate teams effectively and maintain momentum across each stage of delivery. His proactive approach helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
With a strong focus on site safety, clear communication and reliable execution, Steven plays an important role in supporting Comselec’s commitment to practical, well-managed project delivery.
