This was a highly technical refurbishment program delivered across the entire site. Working in close collaboration with the Higgins team, the project was successfully completed despite the industry-wide challenges posed by COVID-19. A key element of the works was the construction of two new wings, increasing resident capacity from 134 to 182 beds.
