The project comprised the construction and fit-out of a new Woolworths supermarket and BWS, along with base building works for three mini-major tenancies and 27 additional retail tenancies and kiosks. A Level 1 office and Centre Management area are serviced by a high-quality lift and a spacious staircase. The development also features a high-quality mall designed to maximise natural light, with generous open spaces and public amenities. Additionally, a new at-grade car park was delivered, incorporating covered walkways, shade sails, and landscaped areas.
