The project comprises the construction and fit-out of a new Woolworths supermarket, alongside the delivery of a cold shell for 21 additional retail tenancies and high-quality public spaces. Key features of the development include a Direct to Boot facility, loading docks with compactors, alfresco dining areas, a children’s playground, and covered external walkways incorporating precast planters and integrated seating. The works also included external car parking with shade sails, and provision for future pad site developments.
